Periodic Drawings 2016
Completed in tandem with the Daily Drawings, these are larger, heavily layered drawings completed over the course of a month and provide a parallel investigation of duration. Unlike the daily drawings, the periodic drawings physically transform over their development. Each state responds to the discoveries of the previous state producing iterations that negate or elaborate upon the initial condition and bare the traces of this process.
