Axonometric Space
Axonometric drawings create non-hierarchal and ambiguous spaces. This research seeks to understand how axonometric drawings have been the tool of choice at different moments in history. This mode of constructing space has a fascinating history from Chinese scroll painting to Jesuit military engineering, from Russian Constructivist paintings to contemporary architectural diagrams.
